Carolyn Lee Tingle Obituary
Carolyn Lee Tingle 76, of LaGrange, passed away on Thursday, July 21, 2022. She was a Nurse. Preceding her in death were her husband of 46 years, Willie Glen Tingle; parents Birdie Lee and Geraldine Harrod; step mother, Alline Harrod; siblings, Richard Harrod, Ronnie Harrod and Beatrice Anderson. Survivors include her daughters, Cindy Smith (Anthony), Tammy Yanders (Danny) and Angela Tingle; grandchildren, Melissa Clunis, David Schlobach, Brandon Schlobach, Tyler Smith, Jason Phillos, Kyle Wrye and Dustin Duncan; great grandchildren, Derrick Clunis, Donavan Clunis, Skyler Phillos, Autum Wrye, Emma Wrye, Isaiah Wrye, Henslie Duncan and Cooper Duncan; sister, Sharon Gordon (John). A Celebration of Life will be conducted at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, July, 27, 2022, at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home with burial to follow in Lake Side Memorial Gardens in Somerset, KY at 2 PM. Visitation from 10 AM until service time on Wednesday.
