He was predeceased by: his parents, Arkley Meador and Myrtle Meador; and his brother Carroll. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his daughters, Gail Schreck (Larry) and Debra Ramsay (Ted); his brothers, Robert (Patricia), John (Hazel) and Joe (Patty); his grandchildren, Christine Arnett (Kevin), Julia Clickner (Joe), Carole Arnett and Evan Ramsay; and his great grandchildren, Sierra, Liam, Keegan and Emma.

Due to Covid, there will not be a public visitation or service.

The family welcomes donations to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation as an expression of sympathy instead of flowers.
