She was predeceased by: her daughters, Julianna Marie and Elizabeth Marie. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Megan Shannon (Kyle), Samantha Netherton, Michael Bright (Amy), James Waddle (Kim), Amanda Woosley and Jacob Heminokeky.

Memorial donations can be made in Billie's name to Grace Baptist Church for the Building Fund.
