He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Semak and Genevieve Semak; and his siblings, Larry Semak and Sharon Charles. He is survived by: his wife Kandra Semak (Proctor); his children, Michael Semak (Rosie), Anthony Semak (Debbie) and Anjanette Lindeman (Mark); his brother Alan Semak; and his grandchildren, Nathan Semak, Michaela Semak, Ashley Semak, Kaitlyn Semak, Sierra Lindeman, Jake Lindeman and Ava Lindeman.
