He is survived by: his wife Kay Alvey of LaCenter, KY; his sons, Jeff Alvey (Sherry) of LaCenter, KY and Tim Alvey (Judi) of Newnan, GA; his sister Lena Bell Craft of Kevil, KY; his grandchildren, Morgan Alvey, Tyler Alvey and Jordan Alvey Smith; and his great grandchild Leighton Ray Smith.
