He was predeceased by: his wife Eudell Bennett; his daughter Cynthia McLaurine; and his siblings, Christina Chopyak and Arthur Bennett. He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl Bennett (Kelly Lewis) of Kuttawa and Christina Daniels (Trey) of Winter Garden, FL; his grandchildren, Tyler McLaurine (Madeline Watwood), Brandon Wynn, Rudy DiBenedetto, Roman Daniels and Lauren Daniels; his great grandchild Emmitt Wynn; and his nephew Art Bennett (Rena). He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
