He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Emigholz and Ann Emigholz; his son Mike Emigholz; and his sister Peggy Badger. He is survived by: his wife Mary Margaret Johnson Emigholz of Kuttawa, KY; his son Don Emigholz of Kuttawa, KY; and his granddaughter Andrea Lee Emigholz of Arvada, CO. He is also survived by three nephews and one niece.
