We are sad to announce that on January 22, 2022, at the age of 41, Rachel Lynn Clark of Kuttawa, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her mother April Wells,; her stepfather Ronnie Wells, Jr. of Kuttawa, KY; her father James Clark; her stepmother Angie Clark of Madisonville, KY; her son Braxton Lee Galbraith of Kuttawa, KY; her sister Kayla Clark of Cadiz, KY; and her stepgrandfather Ronnie Wells, Sr. (Pearl) of Eddyville, KY. She is also survived by one step brother, two step sisters, several aunts, uncles and cousins and one great uncle.
