He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Ragsdale and Lillian Arlene Doom Ragsdale. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Nell Smith Ragsdale; his brother Carnell Ragsdale; his daughters, Bonnie K. (Kenny Martin) of Paducah, Connie M. (Mike Simpson) of Danville, KY, Cheryl (Mike Guess) of Kuttawa and Pamela (Kevin Treadaway) of Kuttawa; his siblings, John Randall Ragsdale of Woodriver, IL, Don (Betty Ragsdale) of Colorado Springs, CO and Annetta (Vince Ballesteros) of Kuttawa; his grandchildren, Ginger (Steve Melton) of Eddyville, Nikki (Gavin Larney) of Wheatridge, CO, Jonathan (Abbey Guess) of Kuttawa, Jason (Carley Simpson) of Danville, KY and Nathan Treadaway of Paducah; his great grandchildren, Zack (Lexi Melton), Sydney Melton, Brandon Simpson, Addie Guess and Pratt Guess; and his great great grandchild Tryton Melton.
We all ask that social distancing be observed and the use of masks.
