She was predeceased by: her parents, John Chappell and Ruby Jewell Chappell; her former husband Thomas Dixon Tapp; her husband Thomas Lee Howard; her siblings, James Chappell, Garnett Chappell, Ruby Lee Sullivan, Jonell Leach and Flora Marie Brown; and her stepson Steve Howard.
She is survived by: her daughter Teresa Tapp Adcock (Keith) of Eddyville, KY; her stepdaughters, Renea Crabtree (Terry) of Madisonville and Sherri Gossett of Nortonville, KY; her sons, Ricky Tapp (Debbie) of Hanson, KY and Gary Tapp of Madisonville; her stepson Stan Howard (Stacy) of White Plains, KY; and her daughter-in-law Angie Howard of Nortonville. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
