She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Cummins and Gloria Orr Cummins; and her grandparents, Anna, R. B. Cummins, Beatrice and Noble Orr.
She is survived by: her daughter Abigail Smith of Lyon County; her brothers, Greg Cummins (Renae) of Florida and Terry Cummins (Tammy) of Texas; her aunts, Beverly Orr Sewell and Susan Cummins; her nephew Bryan Cummins (Nichole); her niece Erin Cummins Baker; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ryan Baker, Ari Baker, Madilyn Cummins and Harper Cummins; and her close friends, Kym Stembridge and Mitzi Curtis.
