We are sad to announce that on October 16, 2019, at the age of 87, Kaye Edna Kelly (Kuttawa, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William M. Kelly, Jr.; her parents, D. C. Sisney and Mable Connell Sisney; and her brother Fred Ashbaugh. She is survived by: her sons, Mark C. Kelly, Navarre and Thomas W. Kelly (Mary); and her granddaughter Shannon Kelly.
