He was predeceased by: his parents, James Walton and Mary Lou Knoth Chandler. He is survived by: his wife Lillie Mae Smith Chandler of Kuttawa; his children, James Jeffrey Chandler of South Roxana, IL, Robert A. Chandler of South Roxana, IL, Mary Diane Gossum of Princeton, KY, Lisa Faye McDonough of Litchfield, IL and Johanna L. Chandler of Fredonia, KY; and his siblings, Douglas Chandler of Grand Rivers, KY, Mary E. Peacher of Louisville and Nancy Ramey of Eddyvlle. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
