He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Baxter and Pauline Stacey Baxter. He is survived by: his wife Alice Baxter of Kuttawa, Kentucky; his son Kevin Baxter (Brittany) of Benton, Kentucky; his sister Patsy Baxter of Wheeling; and his grandchildren, Brooks Baxter and Neely Baxter.
