He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Paul Lee and Nancy Jean Sedlock Lee; and his niece Annie Teague. He is survived by: his children, Todd Lee (Kensey) of Benton, KY, Jessica Beaty and Rebecca Crail of Madisonville, KY; and his sisters, Tammy DeMarco of Kuttawa, KY, Cathy Teague (Bobby) of Benton, KY, Connie Gilland (Jim) of Sandusky, OH and Paula Whritenour of Holland, OH. He is also survived by six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
