She was predeceased by: her former husband Wade Hampton Morse, Jr.; her husband Ishmael Parker; her parents, Lacy Keel and Lottie Patterson Keel; and her siblings, Joyce Tandy and David Keel.
She is survived by: her son Frank Morse (Rose) of Caldwell County; her stepdaughter Gwen Evelyn Mitchell of Seville, FL; her grandchildren, Bethany Davis (Mike), Wade Morse (Kate) and Matt Morse (Katherine); her stepgrandson Ronald Dean Mitchell, Jr.; and her siblings, Mildred Shumaker, Jayne Hillyard of Caldwell County, Glen Keel of Caldwell County and Larry Keel of Evansville, IN. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
