He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Jean Ludvigsen Hinson; his parents, James W. Hinson and Elaine Hill Hinson; and his siblings, Mary Helen Pope and James Quinn Hinson.
He is survived by: his children, Joanne Hein (Mark) of Port Charlotte, FL, Diannae Segatto (Joseph) of Joliet, IL, Donna Bertino (Joseph) of Lockport, IL, Darlene Sorg (Larry) of Kuttawa, KY and Don Michael Hinson of Joliet, IL; his grandchildren, Rudy Hein, Jessica Carpenter (Steven), Raymond Segatto (Rachael Plante), Matthew Segatto (Taylor), Brandon Bertino, Nathan Bertino, Christian Bertino, Kyle Sorg and Jacobb Sorg; and his great grandchildren, Alex, Angela, Hailie Carpenter, Meila, Miken, Jack, McKenna Segatto and Noah Sorg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
