He was predeceased by: his parents, James Allen Riley and Flossie Byrd Riley; and his siblings, Dorothy Peek, Mary Workman, James Riley, Bob Marshall, Doyle Marshall and Jesse Marshall.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Rushing Riley of Kuttawa, KY; his children, Lisa Blackburn (Gerald), Fred Riley (Tiffany) and Kenny Riley (Katie Smothers); his sisters, Ann Dwinell, Betty Knight and Margaret Ennis; and his grandchildren, Austin Blackburn, Nikki Blackburn, Noah Blackburn, Jeremy Riley, Trinity Riley and Ethan Riley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
