He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm Shaw McRae and Loretta Gardner Childress; his daughter Daisy M. McRae; his sister Ione Omans; and his granddaughter Clara Denise Fletcher.
He is survived by: his daughter Cindi Anita Jamison of Paducah, KY; his sister Sharon Preston of Madisonville, KY; and his grandchildren, Oceana Ellen Graham, Carolyn Rose Harrison, Nathaniel McRae Fletcher and Jessika Maye Fletcher. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
