She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Pickard and Georgia Helton Pickard; and her daughter-in-law Hollis "Holly" Phillips (James "Randy" Phillips). She is survived by: her husband James Phillips (Jim) of Kuttawa, KY; her children, James "Randy" Phillips of Taylor, MI, Danny Phillips (Jan), Holland and Tracie Clark (Mike); her siblings, Jimmy "Ray" Pickard of Newburgh, IN, Phyllis Sherill (Roger) and Richard "Rick" Pickard (Marianne); her grandchildren, Melissa Phillips of Madisonville, KY, Gordon Kurczyk, Chester "Chet" Phillips and Holland; and her great grandchildren, Lilith "Lilly" Combs and Ava Martin.
