She is survived by: her husband Phillip Gentry; her son Everett Fletcher; her brother Eugene Nichols; her children, Bobby Fletcher of Ohio, Crystal Fletcher of Ohio, Lisa Fletcher of Somerset, Angela, Stephens (Wesley Mason) of Breathitt County, Carole Fletcher of Ohio and Debra Stevens of Krypton; and her siblings, Adam Perkins of Pine Knot and Dora Fletcher of Greenwood. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren.
