D. Collins of Krypton, KY, Sherman Collins of Clearfork, KY, Freddy Collins of Krypton, Addie Stidham of Krypton, Loretta Collins of Hazard, KY and Gladys Collins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family & friends.
