He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Mize and Evalee Howard Mize; and his siblings, Lowell Begley, Jerry Mize, Donnie Mize, Elizabeth Arthur and Betty Adams.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael Mize (Jennifer) of Harrodsburg, KY and Tony Nicholas Mize of Hazard, KY; his siblings, John Mize of Busy, KY, Bertis Mize, Carolyn Sue Campbell, Oleda Woods, Reva Thompson of Hazard, KY and Frances Sizemore of Winchester, KY; and his grandchildren, Mikayla Mize and Gage Mize. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family & friends.
