He was predeceased by: his wife Sue Ann Chapman; his siblings, Clifton Chapman (Lois), Jack Chapman (Bessie) and Frances Thomas (Boone); his parents-in-law, Kenneth D. Thomas and Nora May Thomas; his nephew Josh Thomas; and also, Henry and Nannie Bennett.
He is survived by: his sons, Mike Chapman (Kim) of Glasgow and Kenneth Todd Chapman of Wisdom; his grandchildren, Megan Dickison (Matt) and Cody Chapman; his stepgrandchildren, Dalton Furlong, Breanna Dyer and Shelby Devers; his great grandchildren, Kole Bryant Dickison and Kurt Bradley Dickison; his nieces, Patricia Edwards (Ricky) and Wanda Jean Hurt (Tim); his close friends, LJ Harper (Kim) and Ricky Mosby (Kim); and his brother-in-law Kenny Thomas.
