He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Brown and Martha Ellen Bedwell Brown; and his siblings, Gordon Lee Brown, Herbert Glen Brown and Voicel Marie Sanders.
He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Brown of Knifley; his children, Gary Brown (April) of Adair County, Jason Brown (Rebecca) of Adair County and Johnah Milby (Corey) of Taylor County; his stepchildren, Misty Curry (Brooke) of Louisville and Latisha Curry of Nashville; his goddaughter Molly McCarol; and his siblings, Charles Edward Brown (Shirley) of Adair County, Hershel Ray Brown (Jeanette) of Adair County, George Wesley Brown (Carol) of Adair County, James Lee Brown (Deborah) of Adair County, Regina Doris McAnelly of Adair County, Brenda Sue Clarkston (Ron) of Adair County and Midge Sumner (Don) of Indiana. He is also survived by four grandchildren; one step grandchild.
