He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnie Sapp and Willivena Wethington Sapp. He is survived by: his wife Judy Floyd Sapp of Knifley; his sons, Michael Ray Sapp of Danville and Matthew Ted Sapp (Jessica) of Danville; his grandson Austin Sapp; his siblings, Douglas Earnie Sapp (Linda) of Clovis, Coakley Dean Sapp (Yvonne) of Danville, Elizabeth Ann Walls (Quinton) of Martinsville and Nancy Lee Dearringer (Dwight) of Casey County; and his grandson Tyler Sapp.
