He is survived by: his wife Melinda "Lynn" Rice Johnson; his mother Georgene Johnson; his children, Terry Michael Johnson (Jennifer) of Eastern, KY, Heather Michelle Carmichael (Gil) of Florida and Brittney Lynn Johnson of Richmond, KY; his siblings, Thomas James Johnson of Kite, KY and Sherry Lynn Meadors (John); his grandchildren, Terry Wayne, Max Warrior, Dustin Johnson, Misty Johnson, Tiffany Bishop, Bryonna Carmichael, Austin and Christian Ankney; and his great grandchildren, Lyle, Sophia, Alex, Leon and Tito.
