He is survived by: his mother Thelma Isaac Greathouse; his children, Marvin Ray Greathouse Jr. (Danielle Lewis) of Cleveland, Colin Ray Greathouse of Ohio and Misty Marie Greathouse (Jason Deangelis) of Cleveland, Ohio; his siblings, Donney Greathouse (Vicky) of Lima, Clarence Jr. Greathouse (Jan) of Cleveland, Aster Antolik (Larry) of Ohio, Matthew Anderson of Ohio, Bureda Hall (Terry) of South Carolina, Shelia Anderson (Freddie) of Pikeville, Annette Greathouse Layne (Richard) of Topmost, Majetta Norris (Scott) of Ohio and Navarre Greathouse of Ohio; his grandchildren, Les Jr., Eric, Gysel, Gynessa, Amelia and Marvin III; and his partner Frankie Hall.
