She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Collins and Audrey Bailey Collins; and her brother Danny Collins. She is survived by: her husband Ray Tom Slone Sr.; her children, Ray Slone Jr. (Ashley), Regina Slone Couch, Shea Mullins (Daniel Coleman) and Stephanie Shampel (Troy); her siblings, Rick Collins, Karen Meyers (Randy) and Melita Jean Kieffer (Brian); and her grandchildren, Nikolas (Haley), Kynzi, Luke, Eli, Bethany, Kynle, Sawyer and Knox. She is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Hindman Chapel (125 Parks Rd, Hindman, KY 41822). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 7:00 PM and on Sunday, April 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM.
