He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Donald Salyers, Norma Salyers, Edward "Shorty" and Elsie Hamilton. He is survived by: his parents, Jim Hamilton and Joyce Hamilton; his son Michael Gage Hamilton of Kings Mountain; and his brother Casey Hamilton (Angel) of Lawrenceburg.
