He was predeceased by: his siblings, Harvey Milford Jones and Betty Alma Jean Jones; and his stepbrother Robert Coleman. He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Melvin Jones (Rhonda) of Kings Mountain and Polly Wanda Burton (Henry) of Kings Mountain; and his stepsiblings, Roy Coleman (Freida) of Stanford, Ronald Coleman (Joan) of Frankfort, Kentucky and Dianna McKay (BJ) of Kings Mountain. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
