He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Bastin and Ruby Ware Bastin; and his siblings, Carole Jean Sims and Wendell Bastin. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Streeval Bastin; his sons, Timothy Wayne Bastin (Jennifer) of Liberty and Jeffrey Allen Bastin (Audrey) of Hustonville, Four; his grandchildren, Deidra Bastin of London, Natalie Long (Barry) of Liberty, Danielle Blakeman (Scott) of Liberty and Daniel Bastin of Liberty; and his great grandchild Silas Blakeman of Liberty.
