He was predeceased by: his father Glen Smith. He is survived by: his mother Sue Smith (Bailey) of Kings Mountain; his children, Amber Smith of Hamilton, Ohio, Derek Smith of Hamilton, Rylan of Kings Mountain, Kentucky and Camden Smith of Kings Mountain, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Dominik of Hamilton, Marleigh of Hamilton, Rayvinn Galliher of Hamilton, Laekyn Smith of Venice Beach, Kayah Whicker of Hamilton, Ohio, Camden of Hamilton, Ohio and Cali Smith of Hamilton, Ohio; and his sister Glenna Rasche (David) of Hamilton, Ohio. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other extended family.
