He is survived by: his daughter Angela Chaffins (Paul) of Kimper, KY; his sisters, Jean Adkins of Feds Creek, KY and Marie Hess of Marion Va; his grandchildren, Sidney Hurley (Cory), Skylar Chaffins (Abigail) and Samuel Chaffins; and his great grandchildren, Hunter and Kaylee Hurley.
