He was predeceased by: his parents, Plenty Slone and Sophie "Thacker" Slone; his wife Polly Slone; his daughter Patty Mastin (Steve); and his siblings, Willard Slone, Burlin Slone, Hibbard Slone, Plenny Junior Slone, Barbara Sue Pinion, Fay Baker, Lurlie Thacker and Stella Jones.
He is survived by: his daughters, Hattie Sawyers (Robert) and Tracie Robinson (Todd); his grandchildren, Tracy J. Mastin (Jill), Robbi Bentley (Patrick "Packy" Bentley) and Jacob Robinson (Ashley); his great grandchildren, Tyler Mastin, Sawyer Bentley and Jozie Rae Robinson; and his siblings, Charlie Slone, Billy Ray Slone, Burbon Slone, Harold Slone, Jimpy Slone, Bertha Cole, May Jones and Arlene Lewis.
