He was predeceased by: his son Joseph Howard Ratliff; and his sisters, Karen Sue Ratliff and Sharon Denise Burchett. He is survived by: his son Jeremy Shawn Ratliff (Christina); his grandchildren, Morgan Ratliff, Samantha Ratliff and Alexandra Ratliff; his sisters, Shelia "Bruce" Roberts of Belfry, KY and Marcia "Steve" Elswick of Meta, KY; his brother-in-law Ray Ratliff; and his significant other Carol Belcher. He is also survived by nieces, nephews & many friends.
