He was predeceased by: his parents, Matt Stiltner and Leola Dora "Ramey" Stiltner; his wife Brenda Sue "Mitchell" Stiltner; and his daughters, Becky Stiltner and Lenae Stiltner.
He is survived by: his children, Matthew Stiltner (Belinda) of Kimper, KY, Jerome Stiltner of Kimper, KY, Cameron Stiltner of Kimper, KY, Pamela Blevins (Bruce) of Kimper, KY and Rachel Ramey (Shawn) of Kimper, KY; his sisters, Rosetta Skiff (Bob) of Indianapolis, IN and Pearl Ward (Bufford) of Piqua, OH; his brother-in-law Mike Mitchell; and his grandchildren, Heather, Aleisha, Whitney, Gerri, Madison, William, Kimberly, Cristopher, Seth, James, Jonathan, Kaiden, Kaila, Katy and Joey. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, a host of other extended family, neighbors, and friends.
