He is survived by: his wife Amy "Worrix" Smith; his stepson Joseph Slone; his grandsons, Austin Smith and Jacob A. Adkins; his siblings, Charles Smith (Anna), Shelby Casey, Jeanette Fredrick (Charles), Judith Smith and Faye Walker (Jerry); and his sisters-in-law, Patsy Coleman and Debbie Worrix. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
