He is survived by: his wife Carmella Varney; his children, Andrew Casey of Richland, VA. and Courtney Justice (Dustin) of Allen; his siblings, Denver Varney (Tammy) of Kimper, KY, Jeffery Varney (Cindy) of Virgie, KY, Phillip Ray Varney (Margart) of South Carolina, Wayne Thomas Varney (Lou) of Spencer, Barbara Keene (Richard) of Pikeville, KY, Christine Varney of Kimper, KY, Shelia Williams (Dewayne) of Kermit and Debbie Tackett (Leslie); and his grandchildren, Cracie, Paisley Justice and Blakley Casey. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
