Rudy left this world on March 15, 2025 at the age of 86, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudy Childress and Dorothy Mae Moss (Leigh); his wife Sandra Moss; his siblings, Jimmy Moss, Teddy Moss, Henry Moss and Clara Browning; and his daughter-in-law Karen Moss.
He is survived by: his children, Randall Moss of Paducah, KY, Troy Moss of Kevil, KY, Susie Cradick (Todd) of Kevil, KY and Kelly Gholson (Mike) of Paducah; his siblings, Douglas Moss of Kevil, KY and Betty Robinson of West Paducah, KY; his grandchildren, Joni Reed, Beth McClain, Matthew Moss, Samantha Rodgers, Drew Cradick, Hagen Gholson and Kyleigh Jo Gholson; and his great grandchildren, Harper Gholson, Remington Gholson, Brentley Cradick, Oliver Rodgers, Benson Moss, Lucas Reed, Aaron Reed, Sara Reed, Gabe Milliam, Zack Milliam, Elliott Rodgers and Sadie B. Gholson.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the McKendree United Methodist Church Cemetery.
