Laverne Phillips Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laverne Phillips of Kevil, Kentucky, born in Mounds, Illinois, who passed away on February 21, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Charles Coonrod; her husband Anthony "Tony" Phillips; her daughter Leah Rundles; and her siblings, Anna Coonrod, Larry Coonrod, Jimmy Coonrod and Ray Connrod.
She is survived by: her children, Chuck Hart (Cindy) of Amherst, Virginia, Jerri Worthington (Rodney) of Gallatin and Lisa Turner (Dale) of Wickliffe; and her grandchildren, Bobbie Worthington, Ethan Worthington, Kari Hart, Amanda Turner, Anna Abernathy, Avriel Turner, Joshua Jones, Jordan Jones and Chris Rundles. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
