He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Hall and Barbara Solomon Hall Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Brian Hall of Kevil, KY, Tim Morgan of Daytona Beach, Mike Morgan (Tiffany) of Barlow, KY, Baretta Coleson (Larry) of LaCenter, Jessica Newton (Chad) and Melissa Martin of Slater; his brothers, Ted Wayne Hall (Gloria) of Brighton and Jessie Allan Hall Jr. (Joy); and his grandchildren, Lance Colson, Luke Colson, Wesley Newton, Rylynn Newton, Brenden Hall, McKenna Hall, Easton Sadler, Maci Morgan, Kori Martin, Grant Martin, Cole Morgan, Jaxon Morgan, Allie Cox and Keese Shaw. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
