He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Bass and Hazel Bass (Guess); and his siblings, Michael Bass, Timmy Bass and Carla Sue Bass.
He is survived by: his wife Patty Bass of Kevil; his children, James Kenneth Bass (Connie) of Kentucky, Jason Bass (Terra) of Lone Oak, KY and Jessica Bass of LaCenter; his brothers, Steve Bass (Roberta) of Paducah, KY and Gary Bass (Reba) of Kevil, KY; his half-brother Eugene Waters; and his sisters, Debbie Vinson (Jerry) of Kevil, KY and Betty Garrett (Jim) of LaCenter, KY. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
