She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Turner and Frances Woods Turner; her sisters, Betty Morrison, Judy Flood and Donnetta Harris; and her grandson Derrick Pool.
She is survived by: her children, Dwayne Benton of Kevil, Dwight Benton (Tara) of Kevil, Brian Benton (Christina) of Georgia, Della Reagan (Dan) of Gilbertsville and Benita Reed (Jimmy) of Mayfield; her sisters, Henrietta Tyler of Texas, Wanda Rasmussen and Carol Goldstone of Cincinatti, Ohio; her grandchildren, Venita Brooks (Brad), Joseph Tucker (Heather), Amanda Crutchfield (Chad), Justin Benton (Kendra), Mateo Sanchez, Cynthia Sanchez (Kane) and Ashley Reagan; and her great grandchildren, Abby Brooks, Ethan Brooks, Jennifer Tucker, Christopher Tucker, Colton Crutchfield, Lilly Benton, Nolan Pool, Arabella Pool, Mateo Sanchez Jr., Amia Sanchez and Ayana Sanchez.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Morrow Funeral Chapel (376 W Kentucky Dr, La Center, KY 42056). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at the Newton Creek Baptist Church Cemetery (12800 Ogden Landing Rd, Kevil, KY 42053).
