He is survived by: his son Michael Walker of South Fulton, TN; his stepsons, Michael Thomas Underwood of Louisville, KY, Donald Joseph Underwood (Sherry) of Murray, KY and Joshua Holt Underwood (Kristan) of Paducah, KY; his daughters, Samantha Hargrove (Lee) of Barlow, KY and Tia Warren (Michael) of Kevil, KY; his stepdaughters, Michelle Hall (Jimmy) of Paducah, KY, Susan Culp of Paducah, KY, Robyn Bybee (Terrill) of Paducah, KY and Angel Henry (Brandon) of LaCenter, KY; and his siblings, Charles Walker (Sherry) of Kevil, KY, Ida Mae Walker of Kevil, Martha Foote of Kevil, KY and Shirley Parker of Paducah, KY. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
