He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elmer Hall and Faye Hall; his wife Donna Hall; his children, Brad Hall (Betty) and Tonia Hall (Tom Jordan); his stepdaughter Stacey Davenport; his stepgrandson Nathan Moore; his granddaughter Amanda Hall Powell (Brandon); and his great grandchild Brody Powell. He was also cherished by many cousins, nephews, and nieces.
