She is survived by: her husband Mark Frazer of Kevil, KY; her children, Raven Shay Byassee (Brian) of Paducah, KY, Chadwick Allan Crabtree (Dyanna) of LaCenter, KY and Nathaniel Dale Crabtree (MaryBeth) of Bandana, KY; her stepson Mark Andrew Frazer (Heather) of Tennessee; her grandchildren, Brittany (Josh), Tiffany (Cait), Devon (Catherine), Kyler, Ashton (Trinity), Kaylee, Logan, Katie (Cade) and Chanda; and her cousin Mattie Sue Stephens of Mayfield, KY.. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
