She was predeceased by: her parents, John Jones and Mary Collett Jones; her husband Gabe Howard; and her siblings, George C. Jones, Bill Jones (Claudette) and Marsetta Jones Crisp.
She is survived by: her nephews, Tim Jones and Larry Jones; her niece Debbie Jones; her sons, Dr. Rondald Howard (Sandra) of Kettle Island, Dr. Rodger Howard (Patricia) of Cumberland Gap and Benny Howard (Woodie) of Middlesboro, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Beth Howard of Kettle Island, Andrew Howard (Mayya) of Alexandria, Matthew Howard (Marka) of Harrogate, James Howard of Atlanta, Lindsey Powell (Vince) of Lexington, Paige Harbin (Trey) of Pineville, Gracen Arnold (Joshua) of Harrogate and Dana Howard of Middlesboro, Kentucky; and her great grandchildren, Conner Powell, Baylee Harbin, Brennan Harbin and Titus Arnold. She is also survived by cousins, nephews, and nieces.
