He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Selvy Napier; his children, Tamera Kaye Pardee, David Charles Napier and Lisa Diane Hayes (Bryan); the mother of his children Linda Kilgore Collins; his former wife Nadine Owens; and his siblings, Paul Napier, Ross Napier and Mary Alice Lefevers. He is also survived by step-children, grandchildren, step-grandchildren, great-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
