She is survived by: her children, Robbie Saylor (Kristy) of Tazewell, TN and Andrea Cox (Lenice) of Pineville, KY; her granddaughter Samantha Jones (Jacob) of Harrogate, TN; and her siblings, Larry Bullins (Lisa) of Kettle Island, KY, Lonnie Bullins (Joyce) of Indiana and Barbara Cox of Indiana. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
